KBUZEM Distance Education Process Quality Improvement and Satisfaction Research
Distance Education Process Quality Improvement and Satisfaction Survey was applied to 5072 students studying at faculties, colleges and vocational schools affiliated to our University in the Fall Term of the 2020-2021 Academic Year.
In the survey, the relationship between the students' education level, class level and the situation of having problems according to the place of residence was examined. In addition, there were questions about distance education in categories such as infrastructure, problem and solution, platform preference, channel, and follow-up.
In this context, the evaluations of the students regarding the transition to distance education were reported.
