Karabük University Distance Education Application and Research Center (KBUZEM) was established to carry out associate degree, undergraduate completion, undergraduate and graduate programs as well as courses, seminars and certificate programs carried out with internet-based distance education method. KBUZEM aims to create an efficient and effective education and training environment with the help of communication technologies and to increase the activities of employees in their professional lives by supporting them with programs that are prepared to meet today's needs.

Within KBUZEM, we have associate, undergraduate and graduate (without thesis) programs with completely distance education method. In addition, certificate programs such as Occupational Safety and Health Education, Baby Library Practitioner, Introduction to Cyber Security, Art Therapy, Art Therapy (English),Family counselling,Spiritual Guidance, Next Generation Leading Engineeringare also given through the infrastructure of our center.

The courses of Atatürk's Principles and History of Turkish Revolution, Turkish Language, Foreign Language and ÜSD, which are taught in formal programs, are also given by distance education.
